Qualified accountant or tax adviser with around 6 years’ experience
Experience in employment/payroll taxes, ideally with some in-house experience
Technical knowledge of employment taxes and social security in at least one country; year-end reporting, expenses management, etc. Knowledge of other countries will be gained on the job
Knowledge of equity taxation is helpful but training can be provided
Previous involvement in tax authority audits is helpful
Experience of cross-border issues such as international assignees or business visitors.
