Master’s Degree in public health, or a related field or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience;
Minimum of ten years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility in supervising and leading highly successful service delivery and technical assistance program in diverse geographic locations;
Experience and demonstrated accomplishments in integrating gender into health projects and services;
Experience in monitoring, evaluation and public health research; and
Has experience in the implementation of HIV prevention programs among key/marginalized populations and other related HIV prevention interventions and, direct management of biomedical HIV interventions.
Demonstrated strong analytical, managerial, leadership, communications and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated understanding, experience and competency in working with HIV programs among KP communities
